VACATION HOMES & HOTELS
The USFTL has joined hands with the Sarasota and Bradenton communities for their athletes to receive great incentives for lodging and touristic experience. Along with this move to the Premier Sports Complex in Bradenton, the USFTL is excited to announce that there will be tons of LOCAL HOUSING OPTIONS in Sarasota and Manatee County. For the best deals in these areas which is comparable if not cheaper than the other championship locations, the organization encourages teams to utilize these resources. Imagine watching the sunset from your hotel, motel, or vacation home.

PAID BIDS
If your team has a full or partial paid bid, you still need to register your team online and confirm team name & style(s) of game. Teams with paid bids will receive a Discount Code by email. This Discount Code can be entered during your online registration to deduct your full or partial paid bid.
Please feel free to contact the office if you have any questions on your bids.

CASH OPTION (A Divisions Only)
To participate for the Cash Prize, teams have the option to add $100, or more, to their Entrance Fee & become a Cash Option Team. Example: 16 Cash Option Teams x $100= $1,600 Cash Prize to Highest Placing Cash Prize Option Team. Teams may add more than $100 to increase the Cash Prize. “B”, “C”, “D”, and Youth Divisions are not eligible for Cash Prize Option!

GAME TIMES & FLIGHTS
Youth Divisions, will start Saturday and will play through Sunday, possibly late in the evening. All other divisions will start Friday.
When making travel arrangements, it is strongly suggested to plan to start playing EARLY (7:00am) the day of your first games and end late Sunday evening/night, so that your team does not forfeit any games on account of travel arrangements.
On account of the size of this event, the USFTL can not meet special start time requests. Sunday game times may be pushed later than originally scheduled on account of unplayable weather and/or overtime/delayed games throughout the weekend.

TEAM/PLAYERS PLAYING IN MORE THAN 1 STYLE OF GAME
If your team or players on your team are playing in more than one style of game, you can put in a request so that we will try to avoid scheduling both teams’ first game at the same time. Again, it is NOT a guarantee we can do this, but we will try our VERY BEST to meet this request. We have not run into too many problems with this in the past. But anything after the first game time is out of our control. Make sure to put in the request when you register, if your team or players on your team would like to play in different styles.

PLAYER ELIGIBILITY
Players are allowed to play on more than 1 team in different styles of game (Example: Screen A-Flag & 5 on 5 Non-Contact B-Flag).
Players are NOT allowed to play on more than 1 team in the same style of game or same division (Example: 4 on 4 A-Flag & 4 on 4 B-Flag).

35 & OVER (MASTERS) & YOUTH DIVISIONS
Any player playing in these divisions must have proof of age in case of an Age Protest. 35 & Over players must have a Drivers License/I.D. and Youth players must have a Birth Certificate.
If there is an Age Protest against your team and the player in question can not provide proof of age at that moment, that game will be forfeited.

THURSDAY NIGHT COACHES MEETING (Check-In & Game Times)
Thursday, January 11 – 6pm-10pm
Location TBD
This meeting is very important. This is where ALL teams will receive their starting game times for Friday. ALL TEAMS must have at least 1 representative from your team attend this meeting to check-in and get your correct game time. Since the Youth divisions do not start until Saturday, those teams are not required to attend the Thursday night manager meeting. If someone from your team is able to, they are more than welcome. If not, please have a team representative check-in at Premier Sports Campus on Friday, January 12th to get the tournament package and game time for Saturday.

EJECTED PLAYERS
All teams should check the ejected players list to make sure you do not have any ejected players on your team. If you do, please make sure their fine gets paid before they play on your team. If this is not done, your team can be forfeited out of the National Championships. See our Ejected Players List.

ROSTERS
Rosters will need to be submitted online through the registration system.
Manager/Team Coach: Please have each of your teammates register as a “player” under your team name.
To do this – Go to your account Dashboard. Under “Registered Activities”, click on your Team Name under the “ROLE/TEAM” column. Then select the “Add players to your team” button at the top-right. From there you can send invites to your teammates.
Teams that fail to turn in the Roster before they start playing may be removed from the tournament without refund.

DIVISION WINNERS
All division National Championship winners will move up to the next division for the following year of competition.
“D” winners move to “C”; “C” winners move to “B”; “B” winners move to “A”
“A” will stay in their division to defend their National Championship title.

For information on team registration, vacation homes & hotels, field information & directions, Cash Award Options, and discounted attraction tickets, please go to the National Championships main page.
