League Begins:   Saturday, September 19, 2009

League Ends:      Saturday, November 7, 2009

Field:   Mentor Civic Center (Mentor High School Fields)
              *Same location as 2008 Fall League* 

Entry Fee:   $75 per child 
                       (Includes game jersey, flag belt and NFL certificate of participation)

Entry Fee Deadline:   Tuesday, September 8, 2009
                                       *Players may also be registered at the Draft Meeting 
                                                  on Wednesday, September 9, 2009
                                        We accept Cash, Visa/MasterCard, Money Orders, 
                                                  Cashiers Checks or Company Checks. 
                                        *NO PERSONAL CHECKS

Game:   5 on 5 Flag  (No blocking, no contact)
              (2) 12 minute halves; Double-headers every game day
               2 USFTL Sanctioned Referees per game

Field Size:   60yds x 25 yds

Mandatory Football:  Junior size ball. Teams must supply their own ball

USFTL Referees:  USFTL of Cleveland prides itself in using only trained & 
                                 certified USFTL Referees

Age Groups:

• 5-6 

• 7-8 

• 9-11 

• 12-14 

• 15-17

(All Divisions may be made up of Boys, Girls, or Co-Ed)
USFTL reserves the right to create divisions as needed

CREDITS FROM 2009 SPRING LEAGUE:
Please send in a Player's Registration Form via online registration, mail, or fax. Everything still needs to be filled out EXCEPT the payment method. 

Team Draft Night Meeting:
Players may also be Registered at the Draft/Registration Meeting. 
This is the LAST deadline for Registering for the 2009 Fall League.

USFTL Youth Flag Football Coach or Assistant Coach! 

Coaches must do list:

• Attend draft night meeting on Wednesday, September 9th

• Draft players at registration meeting

• Conduct practices

• Contact team players about up coming games

• Make sure sportsmanship & safety is upheld at all times
