USFTL Travel Expense Explanation
Travel Expense monies are awarded to
tournament/league winners ONLY.
Travel Expense monies will be paid to teams from USFTL
tournaments/leagues after paid bids have been earned. Example: If a
team has already won a full paid bid, then wins another
tournament/league offering a paid bid, that winning team will receive
1/2 of the paid bid money paid to them as travel expense money,
because they have already previously won their full paid bid. Teams
that continue to win tournaments/leagues can accumulate numerous
travel expense monies to defray their cost to the USFTL Nationals.
If a team has a partial paid bid and wins another bid, they will
receive monies to cover their full paid bid and all monies left over
will be given to them as travel expense money.
All travel expense monies must be picked up at the USFTL National
Championship coaches meeting.
Also, if there are 8 or more teams per division,
there is a FULL PAID BID awarded. If there are 7 teams or less, a 1/2
PAID BID is awarded
