The 2007 Providence, RI NEFFA Flag Bowl NIT was held
on Saturday & Sunday, December 1 & 2. There were a total of
9 teams in the 9-man Ineligible Flag division and 7 teams in the
8-man Ineligible Flag division. All teams will receive USFTL double
