2010 40th Annual USFTL National Flag Football Championships - Kissimmee, FL, January 14, 15, & 16, 2011 Here
are some important notes for teams entering & going to the 2010 *DATES:
Friday, Saturday & Sunday, January 14, 15 & 16, 2011 PAID BIDS: If your team has
a full paid bid, you still need to contact me to let me know you are accepting
the bid, register your team, and confirm team name & style(s) of game. If
your team has a partial bid and have questions about the amount of bid your team
has or the balance your team would owe, please email or call me so you can get
the balance into the office by the deadline. CASH OPTION EXPLANATION ("A"
Divisions Only): Cash Option
Explanation GAME TIMES & FLIGHTS: 4
on 4, 4 on 4 (35+) Masters, Women’s 8-man Eligible, Women’s 7-man Screen,
& Youth Divisions, will start Saturday and will play through Sunday,
possibly late in the evening. GAME TIME REQUESTS: We are
trying to take as little game time request as possible. If you need to enter a
request, please make sure you tell me when you register. All requests are NOT a
guarantee, but we will try our best to meet your request if it's possible. There
are over 280 teams in 17 divisions and ALOT of fields, so everyone may not get
the game time they request. TEAM/PLAYERS PLAYING IN MORE
THAN 1 STYLE OF GAME: If your team or players on your team are playing in
more than one style of game, you can put in a request so that we will try not to
schedule both teams’ first game time at the same time on Friday. Again, it is
NOT a guarantee we can do this, but we will try our VERY BEST to meet this
request. We have not run into too many problems with this in the past. But
anything after the first game time is out of our control. But if your team or
players on your team would like to play in different divisions, just make sure
you put in the request when you register. PLAYER ELIGIBILITY: Players
are allowed to play on more than 1 team in different styles of game (Example:
Screen A-Flag & 5 on 5 Flag). THURSDAY NIGHT MEETING:
This meeting is very important. This is where ALL teams will receive their
starting game times for Friday. You will also receive a tournament package,
which will have the roster in it. ALL TEAMS please make sure you have at least 1
person from your team show to this meeting to get your correct game time. EJECTED PLAYERS: All teams
should check the ejected players list to make sure you do not have any ejected
players on your team. If you do, please make sure their fine gets paid before
they play on your team. If this is not done, your team can be forfeited out of
the National Championships. Ejected Players
List ROSTERS: All teams should
turn in their roster at the Thursday Night Meeting. If you do not have the
roster available at the meeting, you may turn it in at the main building or
Director at your field before you can start your first game. Upon turning the
roster in, you will receive a ticket that is to be given to the referees before
you start your game. All rosters must be filled out completely and signed. If
you have a player on your team that is not present at the fields when you turn
your roster in, add their name to the roster, turn it in & then have that
player get the roster to sign it before they start to play. For information on team
registration, vacation homes & hotels, field information & directions,
Cash Award Options, Continental Flight savings, and discounted attraction
tickets, please go to the National Championships Main
Page If anyone has any questions,
please call or email me. Good luck to all teams going to
the 2010 Natalie
