Special Awards: Quarter backed the only 10-0 team in Beaver Creek , OH High School History in 1968. Dayton Dailey News “Athlete of the Week”- October 21^st, 1980. Great Lakes Regional played in Saginaw , MI and made the All-Tournament team throwing for 1,134 yards with 10 TD’s on 104 of 148. Also, in first game, threw for 476 yards on 35 of 44 passing and completed first 27 passes.
Most Memorable Moment in Flag & Touch Football: 1988 National Championship  MVP. On Friday, at Nationals, lost first game then won 5 games  in a row, throwing 16 TD passes and winning the National Championships!
