the Carolina Flag Football League in 1986, the oldest continues
league in North Carolina. Started the North Carolina State Flag
Tournament in 1988. Co-founded the PFFL (Professional Flag Football
League) with Michael Cihon. In 1998, PFFL team was the Carolina
Renegades. Played Baseball in High School and Semi-Professional as a
Pitcher. Started Karate & Tae Kwon Do in 1968,becoming an
instructor in 1977 through 2004. In the North Carolina State Flag
Tournament his team finished 2nd and 3rd six
times.
