Most Memorable Moment: The journey of the Gibbs Football Team from neighborhood team to National Champion. Years of climbing the ladder with numerous 2nd place finishes and finally breaking through in 1986 and winning the ultimate prize – NATIONAL CHAMPION! Two sounds that come to mind about the 1986 Gibbs National Championship – Todd Rundgren’s “Just One Victory” & Queen’s “We Are The Champions!”
